Billing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no card and no time limit: 5,000 spreadsheet rows a month, 2 saved checks and 10 checks — enough to try a few real cycles with your own data.
How do I pay?
In India, pay in rupees by UPI Autopay, cards or netbanking through Razorpay. Outside India, pay in US dollars by card through Stripe. Reconza never sees your card details.
What counts as a row?
Every data row in the files you upload for a check. Headers and blank rows do not count. For example, two files with 500 records each use 1,000 rows.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. Cancelling keeps your paid plan until the end of the billing period; your history and reports are kept.
Are taxes included?
Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST.
