Why differences happen

Payout batches rarely line up neatly with orders

One payout can cover many orders, fees can arrive in another report, and the same order ID may be written differently in each export. Manual lookups become difficult to repeat and even harder to explain later.

Questions sellers ask

Which marketplaces does it support?

Reconza works from Excel or CSV exports rather than a direct marketplace connection. If a marketplace gives you order, payout and fee reports with stable identifiers, you can set up how those files should be checked and reuse it.

Can it handle fees that come in a separate report?

Yes. Order exports, settlement reports and fee or commission reports are separate sources. Fees are matched to orders and subtracted to give net receipts per channel.

What about partial payments and returns?

Amounts can be compared per order with an allowed difference, so short payments are shown with the exact gap. Orders missing from the payout report are listed separately. Return-specific calculations still depend on the fields available in your reports.
