⇄ Reconza
For transporters, fleet owners & freight brokers

Turn trip, fuel and deduction files into checked driver payments

Use the spreadsheets your team already has. Reconza calculates one clear amount per driver, catches possible mistakes and shows where every number came from.

Works alongside your TMS and accounting software—there is nothing new for drivers to install.

Keep your current systems and files

Reconza does not replace your TMS, GPS or accounting software. It checks the reports those systems already produce. Trip numbers written differently, common date formats and currency symbols are cleaned before records are compared.

What it checks automatically

  • Duplicate trips entered twice in the register — counted once, flagged for review.
  • Fuel fills with no trip — a common sign of a typo, a fill on another vehicle, or misuse of a card.
  • Short-paid freight — your trip amount versus what the customer's report says they owe.
  • Trips missing from the customer's report — before they become unbilled revenue.
  • Unreadable or missing values — such as "N/A" in an amount or a trip with no driver code.

What you get

  • A settlement per driver: freight earned, fuel advances, other deductions, net payable.
  • An itemized statement for each driver you can print or save as PDF.
  • An Excel workbook with the summary, settlement, exceptions and a cleaned copy of each source file.
  • An activity history showing which files were used and who reviewed each issue.

Questions transporters ask

Which files does it work with?

Your trip register or TMS export, fuel card statements, a deductions or advances list, and optionally a customer's shipment report. Files can be Excel or CSV, and the column names and layouts can differ.

How are fuel fills matched to drivers?

By trip or load reference. Fuel portals often write references differently (t1001 vs T-1001); Reconza normalises them, handles several fills on one trip, and flags fills that don't match any trip.

Can drivers get their own statement?

Yes. Every run produces a printable statement per driver listing each trip, fuel fill and deduction with subtotals and the net amount, plus notes on anything that was queried.

Does it replace my TMS or accounting software?

No. It sits between them: it reconciles the files your systems already produce and gives you a settlement you can pay from and post to accounts.
